Washington DC Weekly Market Trends May 18th
Weekly new listing volume exceeded 2019 for the first time since March. Over 1,285 new listings came on the market in Virginia, 239 in DC and 2,154 in MD.
New contract volume rose to 1,455 in VA, 189 in DC and 2,539 in MD .
Showing volume surpassed 2019 for the first time in ten weeks VA had +17,785, MD had 33,886, DC had 137 showing appointments
week to week.
